SUSTAINABILITY

By refurbishing and reselling vintage antiques we contribute to the circular economy. We sell antiques that have been made decades ago meaning that the need for producing new antiques is widely reduced. By keeping these vintage pieces on the market we prevent them from ending up in landfill and keep the materials used for production in longer use.

Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard and reusable bubble wraps to reduce the amount of waste. We have an ongoing collaboration with Forge Hill Recycling plant in Cork where we acquire our recyclable cardboard. By using recyclable materials we reduce the need for production of new materials which could be harmful for the environment. ​

All our products are shipped through An Post, an Irish shipping company that uses fully electric vehicles. By having An Post as our shipping partner we have reduced CO2 emission coming from petrol and diesel powered vehicles.
